3. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, weights, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in roast color, packaging, or product appearance may occur naturally and do not indicate a defect.
  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed through our payment partner, SSLCommerz (cards, mobile banking/MFS, internet banking), or via other listed payment methods (e.g. Cash on Delivery, if offered).
  • Full advance payment is only required for products that are ready to ship. For pre-order or made-to-order items, advance payment terms will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing, in which case any payment collected will be refunded in full within 7 (seven) working days.

5. Delivery

  • Orders inside Dhaka are delivered within 5 working days; orders outside Dhaka within 10 working days, from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, national holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds
